Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Sync Spark, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland (QLD), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, bandwidth throughput ratings, power specifications, and pricing. Independent Hardware Brand Notice: Sync Spark is an independent designer and retailer of computer connectivity hardware and docking solutions. Sync Spark is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Intel Corporation, Apple Inc., CalDigit, Kensington, Anker, Dell Technologies, Belkin, or Lenovo. Any references to specific interfaces or trademarked platforms (such as Thunderbolt™, USB-C®, macOS®, Windows®, or DisplayPort™) are made strictly for functional specification, host system compatibility context, and technical clarity. Sync Spark reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Hardware Compatibility, Display Output & Thermal Dissipation Notice
Host Port & OS Compatibility Advisory: Multi-display output capabilities depend directly on your host computer's graphics hardware (GPU), operating system display architecture (e.g., macOS native limitations on MST Daisy-Chaining), and host USB-C port specifications (Thunderbolt 4, USB4, or DisplayPort Alt Mode). Customers are responsible for verifying host hardware capabilities prior to installation. Thermal Dissipation Warning: High-bandwidth 40Gbps controllers and 100W+ Power Delivery charging circuits naturally dissipate substantial heat through their aluminum alloy enclosures (operating surface temperatures up to 45°C - 55°C are standard and safe under international IEC benchmarks). Always operate docks in open, ventilated desk locations; NEVER stack heat-producing drives directly on top of docks. Sync Spark is not liable for reduced display resolutions resulting from unsupported host graphics cards, or thermal throttling caused by obstructed ventilation.
